| "I was extremely surprised to see how well they actually held up hucking down anything. The absolute best pro, about these insoles, is that I can work for several hours(I'm a bartender so standing and running for several hours) and not feel exhausted in the legs or knees to go skate after or the day after work! The past few months I really had issues finding time to skate bc my knees and legs were always hurting/tired, but finally with these insoles I don't really need to worry about that anymore or as much. Being able to jump down big stuff is more of a built in thing, so I wouldn't buy these insoles solely for that. But if you're having a hard time skating in volume or find that your ankle/knees/legs or whatever don't have the strength to skate longer, then these are the perfect insoles for you.
