"I bought these because other gel insoles I had bought didn't have adequate cushioning in certain parts of the sole and they kept wearing through. Another type of gel insole gave me blisters on my feet because there wasn't sufficient cushioning and they were too narrow. Happy to say within days of putting these in my shoes my feet are fine again and I find the insoles very comfortable."
